Screen Grab Analysis (Costume) [Niall]

Screen Grab Analysis (Costume)

Dan (Antoine Draynor)

We chose that Antoine would wear a suit and shirt to show that he is villainous. His shoes were also polished, further extending his reputation as a villain.

Mike (Carlos D’Imprezza)

We gave Carlos casual clothing, and whilst casual, they also established a little 'bite' in the character. His costume is one you would see on any average teenager in the United Kingdom.

Niall (Dufrais)

We also chose to give Dufrais casual clothing, but the majority of black colours suggest a sense of mystery for the character, and the rucksack adds to the casualness of the clothing.

Sam (Zinoviev Pernot-Vichevsky)

Zinoviev was given a motorcycle jacket and jeans, as this is the standard for a motorcycle rider. We also thought that the motorcycle jacket added a sense of danger, giving us an insight into Sam's character.

Toby (Artnal Benzies)

Artnal's hat and gilet reinforces the shadiness of his character. We wanted to make Artnal look very suspicious as the scene opens with him.

  1. OK good - couldn't you link back to these from the vlog in your latest post, or insert these in the video you've made about costume and props? You also ought to analyse and explain your camera work and use of settings using this kind of illustration. This is good practice.
